Those wanting holy water can bring a container of water for the priest to bless after Mass or take some from the container in the Church vestibule.
The Main Church is located at 55 Oakcrest Manor Dr in Leesburg, Virginia, 20176. The Chapel of the Immaculate Conception is located at 231 King Street (corner of King & Union Streets). The Parish Center is located at 101 Oakcrest Manor Dr.
From downtown Leesburg on Market Street, turn north onto King Street near the Courthouse. Drive about three blocks (past the Chapel on your left) and turn right onto Oakcrest Manor Drive across from Union Cemetery/Ida Lee Park, then turn right into our parking lot.

Parish boundaries are set by the Arlington Diocese and can be found here; they exist to help the Diocese to manage and minister to the Pastoral needs of the people of the Diocese through erecting and running parishes and making clergy assignments: all this is based off of population growth and needs. Ashburn and parts of Landowne are within the boundaries of St. Theresa parish in Ashburn. You have to live within the parish boundaries to register at St. John's.

To have a child baptized, the child must be under 7 years old and the parents must be registered parishioners of St. John the Apostle. Parents must complete a Baptismal Registry Form for their child and register for a mandatory class which is typically offered each month, if you attended the class within the last two years you do not need to re-take the class. Godparents must have a sponsor certificate from their home parish, and may use our Sponsor Certificate Form or their home parish's form. *Please note, there is a three month waiting period for new parishioners who are asked to be godparents or sponsors.*
Couples who live in the boundaries of the parish and are who are registered as parishioners of St. John the Apostle, as well as children of registered parishioners, are eligible to be married here in the parish: those wanting to begin Pre-Cana marriage preperation through our parish should contact a parish priest directly to schedule a meeting.
We are able to host weddings for couples from outside our parish; please contact the parish office for further information on the requirements for non-parish weddings; which include signing the Wedding Agreement, payment of the Reservation Fee, and confirmation from the visiting clergy who will be preparing the couple and officiating the wedding. (PLEASE NOTE THAT: our parish priests are not available to prepare additional couples or celebrate the weddings for non-parishioner couples). Please contact your home parish to begin pre-cana marriage preperation and arrange for a celebrant to come to our parish.
